I took a walk down by the oceanside
and to my surprise, what did I see
a giant man eating lobster coming straight for me
I ran like a bee being bitten by a snake
I ran and I ran it was all I could take
Ran to the park and climbed an oak tree
none the less that crustacean caught me

You can never trust Carmel
sometimes even walking your dog can be hell
don't eat ice cream on the street
but think of all the tourists you could meet

I went down by Mission and Fourth to buy a piece of land
"Forty thousand dollars a square foot? That's kinda pricey man."
"Don't be fooled by this price. The area is quite nice.
Don't be down on this situation. Just remember is for the location..."
