Then the snow fell
And my toes froze,
And my tongue swelled
Like this blue note.

With my cold feet
I walked this big park
And found a tall tree
With some blue bark.

And a blue bird
Sang a sad song,
Yeah i felt real blue
When i sang along.

Then a blue girl
Walked right by
I guess she picked up
On my black eye
Cause she offered
Me a warm hug
And some coffee
