It started few days ago
when the sun was shining
and the fresh air filled our lungs
me and my friends were taking shots
when suddenly everything started to collapse
loud gunshots and screams of the people


rotting flesh
no humanity for the walking dead


red-painted streets, blood-coloured walls,
flames of mass destruction
from the piles of ashes,
a hero will rise
i will rise

one soul resides
i survived the zombie apocalypse
these times, these wounds won't heal
i'm haunted by the smell of death

these will remain forever..

a savior has risen
with a double barrel in one hand
and the chainsaw in other -
the souls can rest now

without spilling the insides
our innocence will be saved

lifeless bodies won't be a danger anymore
