Nälkä, väsymys ja epätoivo ajavat
meitä eteenpäin. En muista, koska joku meistä
olisi viimeeksi syönyt tai nukkunut. Päivät ovat
lyhyitä, ja aurinko näyttäytyy harvoin. Taakse
on jäänyt monia. Täällä muutkin etsivät ruokaa,
ja me kelpaamme hyvin. Toivomme löytää
edes itsellemme tulevaisuus hiipuu. Meidän
maailmassamme tuskin on enää ketään.

Hunger, Weariness and Despair

Hunger, Weariness and Despair are
driving us onwards. I do not remember the last
time any of us ate or slept. The days are short
and the sun is rarely seen. Many have been left
behind. Others too are looking for food, and
we are a suitable prey. Our hopes for finding
a future even for ourselves are withering away.
There is hardly anyone left in our world
