The Selfish Sound Of A Dyslexic Poet Songtext
Songtext powered by LyricFind
Early morning,
And the first thing that I hear
Is the sound of the pleasant birds,
Singing that irritating melody
For all that's right
And the first thing that I hear
Is the sound of the pleasant birds,
Singing that irritating melody
For all that's right
Like a drunk dancing in the street
[...]
But all that I keep thinking of is you
Late at night
And I cannot get to sleep
Due to the sound of all the voices that are constantly just nagging me and,
Like the sound of a dyslexic child
Expressing his feelings [...] of dinosaurs and monsters
From what I feel
I've seen something and from it, well it's so very dull and boring
It's killing me
It's killing something I care about, I care about so very something
And as long as you believe,
And what you're doing is a good example of how you're feeling well,
If I could take a lesson from an educated writer
Then I would take my words and I would write the perfect stanza for you
And write it from the heart
I may not have the skills but I've got passion by the truckload
And I'll express it how I want
*laughs*
